Andy’s life was truly a miracle. Purchased by a horse farm to be lamb barbecue, he developed an infection as a tiny baby and was left to die untreated in a cardboard box. A woman found him and brought him to Poplar, but the infection left him permanently unable to bend his back legs. After nursing him back to health, Poplar secured a cart for him, which he loved. Despite everything that had happened to him, Andy lived his life to the fullest at Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary.
